White ink DTF is a flat, full-color transfer process that works well for detailed artwork, gradients, small text and photographic designs.

A heat press machine is recommended because it provides controlled temperature, stable pressure and more consistent results.

Silicone transfers: approximately 170°C, 15 seconds and 4–6 kg pressure.

White ink DTF: approximately 130–150°C, 5–8 seconds and 4–6 kg pressure. Hot or cold peeling depends on the film material.

Final settings should always be tested on the actual fabric before bulk application.

Silicone transfers can usually be produced from approximately 0.3mm to 2.0mm. Common thicknesses include 0.5mm, 1.0mm and 2.0mm.

Available effects include flat, double-layer, raised 3D, reflective, glow-in-the-dark, color-changing, matte, glossy, metallic, Tatami and droplet finishes.

White ink DTF is normally a flat, full-color transfer and does not use the same raised thickness structure as screen-printed silicone.

Correctly applied silicone and white ink DTF transfers provide strong adhesion and good wash resistance.

We conduct washing tests at approximately 40°C. Final durability also depends on the fabric, transfer type, heat press settings and washing method.

For better durability, wash garments inside out, avoid bleach and avoid excessive drying temperatures.

Silicone production: usually approximately 3–5 business days after the artwork and production details are confirmed.

White ink DTF production time depends on the artwork, sheet quantity and current production schedule.

Standard air shipping usually takes approximately 6–10 business days. FedEx Express usually takes approximately 4–7 business days after dispatch.

Vector artwork is preferred for silicone transfers, TPU patches and other processes that require color separation or production plates.

Recommended vector formats include AI, PDF, SVG and EPS.

For white ink DTF, we can also accept high-resolution transparent PNG files. JPG files and screenshots may be used as references but may require artwork preparation.
