What is a DTF transfer?
DTF stands for Direct-to-Film. Your design is printed onto a special PET film and then transferred onto the garment with a heat press.
DTF transfers work well on cotton, polyester, blends, sportswear, and many custom apparel products. The pressing process usually takes about 10–15 seconds.
What is the minimum I can order?
For better pricing and production efficiency, we recommend ordering 50 pieces or more per order.
The minimum quantity per design is 10 pieces. We also support sample production before bulk orders.
What kind of press do I need?
A heat press machine is recommended for stable temperature, even pressure, and consistent production results.
A household iron can be used for small testing only, but it is not recommended for bulk production because pressure and temperature are harder to control.
What sizes are available?
We offer fully custom sizes based on your design and application needs.
Small logos, chest prints, sleeve logos, neck labels, oversized back designs, and gang sheets are all available.
How do transfers hold up in the wash?
Our premium DTF transfers are made for daily wear with strong adhesion, stretch performance, and wash resistance.
For best results, wait 24 hours before washing, wash inside out with cold water, and avoid harsh drying or bleach.
How quickly can I get my order?
Standard production usually takes 1–2 business days after artwork approval.
Delivery time depends on your shipping method and destination. Express shipping is available for urgent orders.
What file format should my artwork be?
Vector artwork is preferred for the best print quality. Recommended file types include AI, PDF, SVG, and EPS.
We also accept high-resolution PNG or JPG files. Screenshots can be used for reference, but they may not be suitable for final production unless the image is clear and high resolution.
What is your refund policy?
Since DTF transfers are custom-made based on approved artwork and order details, returns are not accepted for customer artwork issues or approved order changes.
If there is a production defect, please contact us with photos and order details. We will review the issue and help provide a proper solution.
What are the main factors that affect the final price?
The final price mainly depends on transfer size, quantity, artwork details, and shipping requirements.
Size is one of the biggest factors. For example, a 12" × 12" transfer and a 12" × 6" transfer will have very different pricing, even if the width is the same.
Larger sizes may also increase total shipping weight. We will calculate the most cost-effective option based on your design and quantity.
What are your modes of shipping?
We offer different shipping options based on your timeline and budget.
Standard air shipping is the most cost-effective option and usually takes around 5–14 business days after dispatch.
For urgent orders, we can also arrange express shipping such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS, which is faster but costs more.
